Michel Glower has been involved in real estate for more than 30 years, with many years of experience in housing and financial research in academic and government-related settings. Dr. Glower earned her Ph.D. in Real Estate from the Ohio State University. She also holds an M.B.A. in Finance and undergraduate degrees in Real Estate and Accounting, also from Ohio State. After consulting and teaching investment valuation issues, Dr. Glower now integrates theory into real-world application, practicing commercial valuation and consulting in the northeastern United States. She holds general appraisal certifications in Pennsylvania and Connecticut, holds a sales license under Century 21 Keim Realtors, and is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS). Dr. Glower holds the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute.
As a commercial appraiser, Dr. Glower has experience in market studies, feasibility studies and valuations of special use properties including correctional facilities, educational facilities, religious facilities, hospitals, and surgery centers. She performs market studies, feasibility studies, and commercial appraisals of office, industrial, multifamily, retail, and mixed use properties. Dr. Glower is also an experienced reviewer of commercial valuations.
Dr. Glower is active with the Appraisal Institute, currently serving as the 2015 President of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and also as the Education Liaison for Region VI of the Appraisal Institute. She serves on the International Relations Committee of the Appraisal Institute. Dr. Glower is a LEED-AP, O+M and is active in the Lehigh Valley branch of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council. She is an instructor for continuing education, and is an external advisor for Lehigh University Practicum projects. She is a long-time member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, Lehigh Valley Chapter. Dr. Glower is on the Board of Directors of Child Care Information Services and serves on the Land Acquisition Committee of Habitat for Humanity Lehigh Valley. She enjoys teaching and is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association.
Michel is married to Vijay Singh, CFO of ADS Holdings, whom she met in graduate school. They have three college age children and live in Upper Macungie Township with their hefty cat Muffin and their office dog, Lily.
Martha J. Wells, an executive vice president with Global Real Estate Advising and Consulting, Inc., joined the firm in 2014. Wells’ past experience includes VP of Marketing for M.E.F. Spots Web Design, where she was successful in increasing their client base by 500% in a two year period, Development Director for JMT Environmental Technologies, Inc. and Director of Investor Relations for the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation. In addition, she has extensive experience in for-profit and non-profit fundraising events, including Child Care Information Services (CCIS) Unconditional Child Care Program (UCC), Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired (ABVI) and the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce annual trade fair.
Martha is active with the Appraisal Institute and is an Affiliate Member of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter. She is a member of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, Lehigh Valley Chapter. Martha is on the Board of Directors of Child Care Information Services and is currently the Board President. She is a 2006 Graduate of Leadership Lehigh Valley. She has served on the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce (GLVCC) Board of Governors, and in 2003 was President of the GLVCC Executive Women’s Council (EWC).
Martha was listed in USA Today as a top sales representative for a Fortune 100 company, she has extensive experience and training in managing others, customer service, problem solving, and multi-tasking. Notably, she is trained in Inscape, a DISC Work Behavioral Styles Training. Martha is also a notary in the state of PA.
Martha and her husband Terris, Sales Executive for Remita Rug Service have one daughter and three grandchildren. They live in the Borough of Northampton.
